Please note: If your child attends any Pre-K 3 program across the county, they are not guaranteed a spot in the EPK/UPK programs offered by Liverpool Central School District, or Cicero-North Syracuse Central School District. 

 

Clarification from the district website: To ensure all families have an equal opportunity for the  North Syracuse Central School District UPK program, there will be a lottery drawing for acceptance. Enrollment in the North Syracuse Central School District UPK program is NOT on a first-come, first-served basis. If the North Syracuse Central School District UPK program fills up before all names are pulled from the lottery, the remaining students will be placed on a waitlist and parents will be notified if a spot becomes available.​​​
